oooo close up jack. now what i don't get about pic 1 is that in another ep. (about season 5 i think) carter has a telescope out and jack looks in it and she says 'u can't see anything when its daytime sir' and he says 'i know that...' looking really stupid and embarassed. But from the top pic we can see that he does kno about telescopes and was blatently just playing dumb coz he know's carter likes it ;)

yeah. the writers seem to have at some point completely forgotten that O'Neill is an astronomy buff. I like writing it off to him knowing Carter likes him to play dumb. cute
