Amanda Tapping had been lined up to be a surprise guest auctioneer, but she got sick and couldn't make it. Apparently she was so sick Friday that she missed work for the first time in 11 years!
I'm trying to pull my thoughts together to write up a proper con report and post it to LJ.
And I absolutely agree -- I think it would be great if they alternated MTM between Vancouver and the UK. Or even rotated it: North America, Europe, Australia. Rick was very emphatic that he'd be happy to do the event again.
