Not being divorced myself or broken up with a live in boyfriend, how does that work?

Especially, a painful divorce as Jack and Sara's seemed to be. I can't really see them sitting down divvying up sheets. Did she just sent him ones he'd knew he's hate? Hmm...

i think he just needed some sheets & took them. or she said something to that effect & told him to take them.

Like Archersangel says, I think. I picture Sara doing the dividing up of things like sheets, and she maybe left him with enough to be getting on with. She probably didn't especially care whether they were the pretty flowered ones or not, at that time. She probably gave him a box of sheets, towels... "You'll need these, Jack."

I think that's a satin-y type of decorative piping. Most of my sheet sets have something similar.

Oh, Jack gets off easy with that pillow. You should see me when I sleep on the ones my grandmother made that have crocheted lace and peacocks embroidered on the edges. ; )

I say he needed sheets so he snagged the first bed-in-a-bag he found. He liked that the base sheets were off-white and so wouldn't show... wet dream stains... *mind in gutter*
