It's not my icon, but there used to be a commercial about folgers coffee that said "the best part of waking up is folgers in your cup." I assume it's a spoof on that commercial.

Yup, scifilady has it right. There's an old American coffee commercial for a brand called Folger's. It's close to Felger, and the person who made it was wacky anyway. ;)
