These are from the, er... season 1? 2? episode of MacGyver, 'The Wish Child'. Voiceover runs something along the lines of, "There's an old Minnesota saying, if you don't want to be touched, look downright untouchable."
Apparently Mac's idea of untouchable is completely different from mine.
