Don't know for sure, but i you mean the eyebrow scar, it appeared during SG, i think season 1.

Oh yes, if you mean the eyebrow scar, it's fake. Jack was hit and cut there in the ep 1969 and then again in another ep, I think. And the make-up woman started shaving his eyebrow for continuity, so they kept it. It's become so synonymous with Jack now!
