God - that episode is like an all-you-can-eat buffet.
Smiles,bare feet,sweat,dirt,blood,pain,suffering,self-insertion fantasies(Oh Jack, allow me to mop your brow while you pull that honkin' piece of wood out of your leg). OK - maybe that last one is just me... :)
