Wow! I had only watched a few (via Youtube) episodes of Emerald Point and did not find it good enough to keep on watching it that way. Too bad I didn't stumble on this episode! What was going on between them, do you know? Didn't she play his sister on this? Though being on the show together started them dating for a few years, if I recall correctly.

In this scene, Simon is demanding of Hillary (yes, she's his sister in the show) that she get out of the pool and get dressed so he can escort her to the courts martial of Glenn, the man she was engaged to. She and Glenn had just had a big fight and broke off the engagement, so she was being pissy and refused to go.

Simon jumps in, drags her across half the pool, then gives her a tongue-lashing that motivates her to come along.

There is a lot of soap in this... I can managed about an episode every other day.
